This comes with:
1) A very nicely labeled PCB
2) All the parts (Including battery coin for back-up)
3) A schematic
4) If you know how to build DIY solder kits, you're not going to have to worry about instructions. The PCB is very well labeled, and the schematic is easy to read. If you've made a DIY kit before, you're good. As well, if you get stuck, I have a fully build kit here, so I can offer advice if you get stuck.
