SUPER BRIGHT Hi luminescence LED bank - 24 LEDs 5mm

These are BRIGHT.  The second picture is the OEM image, and it does not do it justice.  I took the fourth picture with my blackberry of this hi-bright LED bank, and it saturated the camera sensor.  You can't stare into it, as it is so bright.  If you want, you can see me powering one of my super capacitor flash lights in the video below.  

Here is some information:
1) This bank contains 24 high bright LEDs and a power resistor.
2) Input voltage 8-12VDC.  I've tested it at 13, but the manufacturer specifies to keep the voltage to no more than 12VDC.  It consumes roughly 120mA at 12VDC.  IT IS BRIGHTER THAN MY OFFICE LAMP!  See the last image, and you will see the saturated image.
3) I do not know the wavelength of these LEDs as the manufacturer did not specify.  I also do not know the max lux level, but I can tell you IT IS BRIGHT!
